Campus IT
Our Campus IT has set up an information sheet for new students, containing details on HS Mannheim student email accounts and Campus IT services. Here new students can find detailed information about:

POS
This is our assessment organization system where you can enquire about your grades and where you register for exams. You can print out matriculation certificates or update your personal data.
HS Card
If you have any questions, problems, if you´ve lost your HS card/student card or you want to activate your HS Card Autoload option, contact HS Card services directly at

MOODLE
The Hochschule Mannheim e-learning platform is called Moodle. You can reach it at

You can sign up with the central user ID.
A lot of information from classes such as laboratory documents and exercises are provided via Moodle. It is a great tool for professors to stay in touch with their students. It is recommended to enter the Moodle course as soon as the password is announced, normally in the first class of the semester.
